Continuous Monitor Includes: 
Placement of electronic test device, pick up of the test equipment, a printed report of the hourly test results for the test period and an inspector's summary and recommendation for the property. This is the preferred testing method for real estate transactions since results are provided immediately after the 48 hour test period and within the inspection window typically allowed by the seller of the property.

Charcoal Canisters 
Client is mailed two (2) charcoal canisters and instructions for placement. After testing, the client mails the canisters to a certified laboratory. Results are sent directly back to the client. If laboratory results come back 4.0 pCi/l or greater, contact us for a free mitigation quote. When time is not critical, this method of testing provides accurate results but take approximately 14 days due to US Mail time requirements.
