Our warranty is very simple and straight forward. All components of the radon mitigation system are guaranteed for five (5) years from the date of installation. If the system fails to operate properly due to a failed component, we replace it at our expense. No deductibles, no hidden or concealed cost and no service charges.

The only exceptions to this warranty are as follows:

• Safeguard will not warrant a system which has been rendered inoperable due to fire, flooding, or other causes typically covered by the building owner's insurance policy. 
• Safeguard will not warrant a system which has been damaged by deliberate destructive actions by the building occupant(s).
